Motul Motylgear 75W-90 is a Technosynthese extreme-pressure transmission lubricant developed for mechanical transmissions operating under heavy loads, shock loads, and demanding temperatures.

It is suitable for compatible synchronized and non-synchronized manual gearboxes, gearbox/differential units, transfer cases, and hypoid differentials without limited-slip systems.

The SAE 75W-90 formulation combines strong high-temperature oil-film resistance with low-temperature fluidity, making it particularly suitable for compatible gearboxes that are difficult to shift or noisy.

This package includes one 60-liter drum for professional workshops, fleet-maintenance facilities, transmission specialists, and high-volume gear-oil service.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY NOTE:

Use only where SAE 75W-90, API GL-4, API GL-5, or MIL-L-2105D gear oil is permitted.

The listed performance standards do not make this product suitable for every manual gearbox, transfer case, or differential. Verify the required viscosity, GL classification, synchronizer requirements, fluid capacity, and service interval before use.

This product is intended for compatible differentials without a limited-slip system. Use a dedicated limited-slip gear oil where LSD friction performance is required.

Some manual transmissions require a proprietary fluid, dedicated synchromesh lubricant, or lower-viscosity gear oil. Confirm the exact manufacturer specification before filling.

Do not use in automatic transmissions, dual-clutch transmissions, continuously variable transmissions, or systems requiring ATF.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Follow the transmission or differential manufacturer’s specified fluid-change interval and adjust it for towing, racing, shock loading, high temperatures, water exposure, or severe service.

A complete drain and refill is preferred when changing from another lubricant type.

Fill only to the manufacturer’s specified level. Incorrect fluid level may cause overheating, foaming, leakage, shifting problems, or drivetrain damage.

Use clean pumps, hoses, and dispensing equipment to prevent contamination.

Store the drum tightly closed in a clean, dry area protected from moisture, dirt, and extreme temperatures.
