Motul DOT 5.1 is a 100% synthetic, polyglycol-based, non-silicone brake fluid developed for hydraulically actuated brake and clutch systems requiring DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5.1 fluid.
Its low-temperature viscosity is especially suited to vehicles equipped with ABS and electronic stability control systems, supporting rapid fluid circulation through small hydraulic valves during braking interventions.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY NOTE:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Do not mix with silicone-based DOT 5 fluid or mineral-based hydraulic fluids.
Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air. Keep the original container tightly closed and minimize exposure during servicing.
Replace the fluid every 12 to 24 months, or according to the vehicle manufacturer’s service interval.
