It is suitable for period-correct 4-stroke gasoline and diesel engines, including naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged applications using fuel injection or carburetors.
The formula combines modern detergent technology with high-zinc ZDDP content above 1,800 ppm, molybdenum additives, and oxidation-stable synthetic base oils. This combination supports wear protection, consistent oil pressure, high-temperature oil-film strength, and dependable lubrication in original or rebuilt classic engines.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY NOTE:
Use only in engines requiring SAE 10W-40 engine oil with a performance level compatible with API SL.
This oil is designed around engine technologies commonly used in vehicles from the 1970s through the 1990s, but compatibility must be confirmed using the vehicle owner’s manual, workshop documentation, or engine-builder requirements.
High-zinc engine oils may not be appropriate for every modern emissions-equipped vehicle. Confirm compatibility before use in vehicles with newer catalytic converters or sensitive emissions after-treatment systems.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Change the engine oil at least once per year, with shorter service intervals where required by mileage, operating conditions, fuel dilution, competition use, or extended storage.
This oil can be mixed with compatible synthetic or mineral engine oils when necessary. A complete oil and filter change is preferred for consistent lubricant performance.
