Motul 8100 Eco-Lite 5W-30 is a 100% synthetic fuel-economy engine oil formulated for modern gasoline engines requiring a low-friction SAE 5W-30 lubricant.

It is suitable for compatible naturally aspirated and turbocharged gasoline engines with indirect or direct fuel injection. Its advanced formulation supports fuel efficiency, rapid cold-start lubrication, LSPI protection, engine cleanliness, wear control, and high-temperature resistance.

The oil meets current API SQ-RC and ILSAC GF-7A performance requirements and carries General Motors dexos1 Gen 3 approval for compatible GM gasoline engines.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY NOTE:

Use only where SAE 5W-30, API SQ-RC, ILSAC GF-7A, GM dexos1 Gen 3, or one of the listed manufacturer specifications is permitted.

The listed specifications do not make this oil suitable for every vehicle produced by the named manufacturers. Verify the exact engine, model year, required viscosity, oil specification, emissions equipment, oil capacity, and service interval before use.

This product is primarily formulated for gasoline engines and may not be suitable for diesel engines or vehicles requiring an ACEA C-series, heavy-duty diesel, or manufacturer-specific European lubricant.

Do not substitute it for applications specifically requiring 0W-16, 0W-20, 5W-20, or another viscosity unless the vehicle manufacturer expressly permits 5W-30.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s specified oil-change interval and adjust it for severe service, extended idling, frequent short trips, fuel dilution, towing, track use, or extreme temperatures.

This lubricant can be mixed with compatible synthetic or mineral engine oils, but a complete oil and filter change is preferred when changing products.
