Motul 8100 ECO-LITE 0W-16 is a 100% synthetic fuel economy engine oil formulated for recent gasoline engines requiring a very low-viscosity SAE 0W-16 lubricant.
It is designed for naturally aspirated and turbocharged gasoline engines using direct or indirect fuel injection. The low-friction formulation provides rapid circulation during startup, faster oil-pressure buildup, reduced internal engine drag, and dependable protection throughout the operating temperature range.
Its API SQ-RC and ILSAC GF-7B performance makes it suitable for modern engines requiring advanced protection against wear, oxidation, deposits, sludge, and low-speed pre-ignition, while supporting improved fuel economy and emissions-system compatibility.

FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY NOTE:
Use only in engines specifically designed for SAE 0W-16 engine oil and requiring a performance level compatible with API SQ-RC or ILSAC GF-7B.
The very low viscosity and low HTHS viscosity of 2.3 mPa.s may not be suitable for engines designed for thicker oil grades. Always confirm the exact viscosity and performance standard in the vehicle owner’s manual before use.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Drain intervals should follow the vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and should be adjusted for driving conditions, fuel quality, operating temperature, and service use.
This oil can be mixed with compatible synthetic or mineral engine oils when necessary, although a complete oil and filter change is preferred for consistent performance.
Do not use as a substitute for 0W-20, 5W-20, 5W-30, or another viscosity unless the vehicle documentation specifically permits SAE 0W-16.
