0.6mm iridium alloy center electrode
Iridium alloy center electrode with reduced voltage requirement and improved ignition performance, but with superior durability.
Grounding electrode with platinum square tip
Improved wear resistance and, in combination with the iridium alloy center electrode, improved ignitability. In addition, the shortened tip enables a tapered shape and secures a larger space volume.
Short Type Seismic Grounding Electrode
Shortened electrode length and optimized cross-sectional shape increase the cross-sectional coefficient while reducing mass. This contributes to improved strength and durability of the grounding electrode.
Thermo Edge
Carbon buildup caused by prolonged idling and various combustion environments, including air ratios, can degrade insulation and cause misfires. The thermo-edge at the tip of the insulator generates a micro-discharge that burns off accumulated carbon and ensures constant insulation.
Auxiliary spark gap
The gap between the insulator tip and the ground electrode is narrowed to generate a discharge, which, like the thermo-edge, suppresses carbon buildup and prevents fogging and coughing.
Improved ignition performance
Reducing the required voltage enhances ignition power in environments where combustion is difficult, such as in dilute mixtures or under high boost. Also, by securing the volume of space around the electrodes, combustion speed is increased, leading to improved torque, response, and combustion efficiency.

The strength of each part has been greatly improved through the selection of materials and new design of shapes. The original performance is demonstrated even under more severe combustion conditions such as continuous high-load driving on a circuit or tuning.
