Developed specifically for the BMW G8X M3 and M4, the VANTA GOLD Exhaust System is engineered with a clear focus on airflow quality, acoustic precision, and long-term thermal stability. At the center of the system is the AURUM FLOW CORE™, a proprietary convergence module produced using advanced aerospace-grade 3D printing technology.
This process allows for complex internal geometries that cannot be achieved through conventional fabrication, enabling exhaust gases from both banks to be guided, aligned, and equalized through carefully shaped flow paths rather than abrupt collision. The result is reduced turbulence, improved scavenging efficiency, and a sound profile that remains stable as engine speed and load increase.
To further enhance consistency under extreme operating conditions, the core is treated with a gold heat-resistant carbon-ceramic coating, selected for its ability to withstand sustained high temperatures while maintaining predictable acoustic behavior over repeated heat cycles.

This internal architecture can only be achieved through advanced 3D printing, enabling geometries that welded or stamped designs simply cannot replicate.
Turbocharged engines are especially sensitive to turbulence and pressure instability in the mid-section. The AURUM FLOW CORE™ is designed to keep exhaust pulses organized as flow velocity increases, allowing the S58 to rev cleanly without the rasp or tonal collapse common to traditional crossover designs. The result is a sharper, more exotic sound profile that stays intact at high RPM.

VANTA GOLD retains full OEM valve functionality and can be operated either through the factory drive modes or via a remote valve control system, depending on driver preference. In closed-valve operation, the exhaust maintains a calm, refined character suitable for daily driving and long-distance use. With the valves open, the system reveals the full VANTA GOLD sound profile—deep and authoritative at low engine speeds, transitioning into a clean, tightly controlled, and exotic tone at higher RPM. Thanks to the AURUM FLOW CORE™, the sound remains cohesive under load, avoiding harmonic breakup while preserving clarity and response. The result is an exhaust system engineered for real-world driving, delivering control and composure when needed, and a focused, performance-oriented character when fully opened.
Our exhaust systems are crafted from aerospace-grade titanium and T304 stainless steel, using vacuum oxygen-free TIG welding. Each setup is designed for optimal flow, aggressive sound, and unmatched weight reduction — a result of 13+ years of performance engineering experience.
Most of our systems include Yonristic’s remote-controlled active valve system for full manual sound control. OEM valve options are available by request, though they typically do not allow full valve opening.
