Rally Innovations for Subaru: light bars, ultimate bars & light conversions

Rally Innovations focuses on light mounting solutions (Rally Light Bars & Ultimate Light Bars) plus Light Conversions—often paired with Baja Designs auxiliary lighting.

Rally Light Bars: designed to mount up to 4 lights and clamp securely from the top and bottom to reduce vibration. Hardware is included.

Ultimate Light Bars: similar “up to 4 lights” concept, with a profile that can play nicer with roof cargo boxes and certain accessories (vehicle-dependent).

Light Conversions: replace/upgrade OEM fog lighting with a purpose-built conversion package (kit contents vary by application).

Subaru Crosstrek

Crosstrek and Crosstrek Wilderness fitments are a sweet spot for functional rally lighting without looking “universal.” Great for daily driving, snow, and backroad builds.

Subaru Outback

Outback and Outback Wilderness fitments are popular for road-trip / overland style builds—more forward lighting, cleaner mounting, and solid stability for larger driving lights (check each listing for size guidance).

Subaru Forester

Forester and Forester Wilderness options are typically aimed at practical trail protection + visibility. If you want a “factory-plus” look that still works hard, Forester fitment is usually the most straightforward.

Subaru WRX

For VB WRX and WRX/STI generations, you’ll see both bar-style mounts and light conversion options depending on year. If you don’t immediately see your exact year/trim in the grid, use the filters or search within the collection.

Important notes before you buy (so there are no surprises)

Lead time is real. Many Rally Innovations items list an estimated lead time (commonly shown as “EST 2 to 4 weeks” on EDO listings).

Signature required. Many listings note signature required upon delivery. If nobody can sign, expect a delivery delay / pickup situation.

Baja Designs timing. Rally Innovations notes that Baja Designs light orders placed from 1/1/2026 “until further notice” may take 3–4 weeks, and lights may ship separately from the bar/plate/guard depending on inventory.

FAQ

How many lights can I run?
Many Rally Light Bar and Ultimate Light Bar listings are designed to mount up to (4) lights (final fit depends on light size and your specific bar).

 

Do these bars help with vibration?
Rally Innovations describes their bars as mounting securely from both the bottom and the top to reduce light vibration.

 

Will my order require a signature?
Often yes—many listings specify signature required upon delivery.

 

What if I’m ordering a bar + lights together?
During the Baja Designs lead-time period (noted from Jan 1, 2026), Rally Innovations states lights may ship separately based on inventory arrival.
