What’s the difference between Motul 300V and 8100?

I have a Euro car — do Motul oils have approvals?

Many 8100 variants do. Example: 8100 X-cess Gen2 5W-40 lists BMW LL-01, MB 226.5/229.5, Porsche A40, VW 502 00/505 00
