Motul 8100 POWER 5W-40 is a high-performance 100% synthetic ester-based engine oil developed for demanding gasoline and diesel engines operating under severe road, tuned, high-performance, and racing conditions.
Engineered with Ester Core technology, this lubricant is suitable for naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines, including indirect- and direct-injection designs requiring SAE 5W-40 and API SP performance.
Its advanced formulation provides strong oil-film resistance at high temperatures, stable oil pressure, excellent wear protection, rapid lubrication at startup, and compatibility with modern catalytic converters and exhaust after-treatment systems.

This product is intended for high-performance gasoline and diesel engines, including turbocharged and direct-injection applications, but it may not be suitable for every vehicle. Always verify the manufacturer-required viscosity grade, performance standard, oil capacity, emissions-system requirements, and service interval before use.
Do not substitute for a different viscosity or an OEM-specific engine-oil approval unless the vehicle manufacturer expressly permits SAE 5W-40 API SP.
