The built-in temperature sensor and automatic temperature compensation serve different purposes: the temperature sensor supplies temperature information, while compensation accounts for temperature changes in the pressure measurement. Confirm your installation and tuning solution support the required sensor functions.
The 4 bar rating measures absolute pressure, including atmospheric pressure. At standard sea-level atmospheric pressure, 4 bar absolute corresponds to approximately 43.3 psi above atmosphere. Your ECU must use pressure scaling appropriate to the exact sensor installed.
