Fuel rails and pumps are very noisy as far as pressure waves are concerned. You might request 200 bar, but injector closing and pump operation can spike this to many bar higher. This pressure wave noise is too brief to be measured by the stock Honda fuel rail pressure sensor. Hondata injectors are designed to function between 200 and 240 bar (and a lot higher values).
